Beacon Condo Sale Price?-Litigation Settled
Any advice on sale price and when to sell this condo for the best price?
The Beacon just settled litigation with a big settlement.
Condo prices were lower than their counterparts due to litigation.
Now that the litigation has been settled, what is a good sale price for this condo?--
1 Bed, 1 Bath, 716 Square feet, 6th floor, courtyard view.
How long should I wait to sell for the market to adjust the Beacon to the best sale price?
Also, is there any chance that the absence of litigation would cause the rent price to increase too? If so, maybe I’ll continue to rent instead.
