Probate Wholesale, Illinois

Anybody have experience wholesaling probate properties in Illinois? Been collecting leads from the county court house, read up on IL. law regarding real estate in probate. So far I've learned to focus on unsupervised estates that don't have a will or surety bond. Any tips/directions to focus on? Specifically concerned with legalities of this niche such as heir-ship, state vs. federal tax, and liens/judgments placed against the property and how as a wholesaler I can solve those problems for my people.
