Lease purchase option

I have purchased rentals and flips with hard money and my own money so I have good rehab experience.  I am considering buying two lease purchase option properties but I have no experience in this area. If I buy a rent to own property and have a valid contract can I  then sell the property to another buyer after I finish the rehab? In a similar vein, If I buy a rent to own property and have a valid contract can I then RENT the property to someone else after I finish the rehab? Please advise and thank you in advance for sharing your greater expertise/experience with me.
