West Palm Beach Section 8 Housing

Hey there, 

Wondering if anyone on the forums here has any experience investing in Section 8 housing in the S. Florida, but more particularly, in the West Palm Beach area. A lot of the deals I've analyzed here look great cash flow wise on paper but I've heard the horror stories and am wondering what owning a Section 8 home is like in practice. If anyone has any experience or advice it would be much appreciated. I have found what I believe to be a decent property manager who has experience in this arena, which I assume would be helpful.
