purchase a property though sheriff sale and former owner lives

About 6 weeks ago I purchase a property via sheriff sale and there an owner(formal)  still lives. I knock the door and introduce me and she cried and she had no idea. She has got divorced and said she is mentally unstable.   Her emotion was up and down. I had tried to talk her later on through whole 6 weeks including her daughter; end it up failed. I am now doing legal process to remove her. Very painful process.  Any similar experience?
