Narrowing Down Best Market

Currently own a duplex in Lawrenceville GA, just north on Atlanta.

Currently trying to narrow down the best market for my next move. Reading and learning as much as I can.

Lexington, KY

Phoenix, AZ

Detroit, MI

Are some of the markets I'm studying.

I'm planning on making my purchase early 2019.

Detroit is attractive because it's still historically undervalued. Everything I've read suggests this city still has huge potential for growth.

Butthe thought of owning property that's originally built in the early 1900s is not something I'm very comfortable with.

Open to suggestions and ideas.
