Ok so my FICO is 627 i have $1,500 set a side for a property. This is going to be my first and i need to know how to start out and where. Is my FICO good? Should i make it better? Would getting a small duplex be a good idea for a starter project or should i just aim for a single family home? I dont have any investors so I'll be taking this on my own. Am i missing or over looking anything? Goal is to get a property by mid 2019
