This is more of a vent or something for newbies to think about.

I have a duplex listed for 99.9K. This is in a super hot market in Atlanta.

I got 2 offers the same day. I got under contract for 97K.

The other offer was 60K, 0 earnest money, wanting to be able to assign.....I told my agent to not even respond.

I know some people think that if they just put enough lowball offers out there, some will stick. But in the meantime, you burn the bridge with your agent and waste a lot of your and everybody else's time. You simply can't make stupid offers like that for properties, that are listed on the MLS, in a super hot neighborhood, where properties tend to go pending within 2 or 3 days.
