Hey BiggerPockets community I am a new investor looking to invest in single-family 2 small multi-family units in the Cincinnati Ohio area I am from California so I will need a real estate agent who knows the market pretty well and has experience working with real estate investors I also would like to know which banks or credit unions are good in that area to use thanks for all the help
