Hello,
I'm about to move on from the military after 20 years and got the REI bug a couple years ago. I've educated myself about as much as I could during these past years and have evaluated hundreds of properties in order to quickly tell if a property is a good deal or not. My uncle is interested is investing passively with me however mentioned "make me an offer and well see". My question is what would be a good offer on BRRRR properties? I was thinking of offering 10-15 percent ROI once I refinance but don't want to over promises.
