Is this how some millennials will invest in the future? Voting results for first purchase.

This is for a tokenized real estate holding. It is sort of like crowd funding partly in reverse in that the crowd selects the assets. Here were the communities voting results for the first purchase with around 30 million raised.  I guess this will be an option for non accredited investors to get into some commercial properties via what is called Security Token Offer, or STO for short.  Thoughts on this RE vote or what would you have voted for if these were the options?

Thank god for real estate in that I won’t rely on millennials to fund my retirement via social security.
