Any suggestion for a new Multi market to invest in for 2019

Hello Everyone,

I'm starting to see signs of slowing in the Single Family Market in the main metro that I invest in (Providence, Rhode Island). Multis are still pretty strong but I know that we are near a top locally. Are we only a national market in today's day and age? If not, any suggestions on what locals that I should be considering for mid to late 2019. I saw Austin, TX as the Best Big City to live in today. Any other suggestions? I don't mind learning a new area. I don't mind waiting for a deal.
