Hey BP Fam!

I am in the process of closing on a Triplex that I'll house hack. I based my initial quotes on rules of thumb like 250-400 per unit  that I've seen,  which I know could definitely vary. Now that I am actually in the process of shopping it around though, I've gotten some pretty pricey quotes. One thing I noticed was that my coverage limit for the property would be upwards of 2X the price. I'm curious if anyone had any tips on getting the best rates?  Also if anyone knows any investor friendly brokers they could recommend in the  SC area that would be awesome!

Thanks a ton & Happy Thanksgiving!
