Structural moving advice

I just put the earnest money and will close soon on a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house in San Angelo, TX but will need to move it to my land which is 2.2 miles away from it's current location. I own the land and have enough for the house outright since it needs some work but will probably do the rehab in stages due to lack of capital. I've already got the permits in the works with the city and have gotten structural moving quotes. Do you have suggestions as to what I should start with? I can't do all the rehab at once unless I get a partner so one step at a time is my option (I really don't want a bank loan either). I went ahead and committed because I did not want to let fear or analysis paralysis stop me. Has anyone rehabbed a house in stages before? I would just like to read anyone's past experience or advice. Thanks guys! Glad to be a part of this community where I can get advice!!
