Looking for financing for my next deal in the Maine area. Local banks are a bit too opinated for my liking and a tad more conservative than I am used to. This is not to say I haven’t had success with them at all, but I’m looking to grow faster. If anyone knows of any lenders that can finance a small dead, approximately $250k, please reach out to me. Thank you.

Two quads, both fully rented. Asking price is 117k and 135k. I'm Grossing nearly 5k a month combined with room for increases. The banks I frequent have a wait and see approach to my growing portofolio and are more than willing to entertain deals next year.

I'm looking to expand my options and not be beholden to the whims of conservative banks.
