I know nothing about Texas real estate and looking to get information on putting land up for sale for my father-in-law. I know Texas is a non-disclosure State and I am searching for realistic prices of land that has been sold. Land is under 5 acres in size and located in Callahan County in Texas. Any help would be appreciated.
