Fort Myers Condo Search

I've been tasked by my father to find him a vacation condo in the Fort Myers/surrounding areas.  I'm not too familiar with the market in that area so I'd appreciate any insight on what to expect.

Ideally he would like a condo near the ocean in which he could hire an air b n b company to rent it out a majority of the year.  I'm sure this a common strategy for many retirees looking to buy a vacation home in Florida that they can use some months in the winter.

If anyone has any realtor connections in the area or can provide any information I'd truly appreciate it.
