Buying that third property.

I sold my home of 17 years and used the profits to buy a home, VA Financing, and put 20% down on another home that is renting for 147% more than the mortgage. I have a VA loan on the home I'm living in and can move after one year, May 2019, into something else in the same city. My delima, I want to buy the 3rd and 4th homes but I don't have the 20% to put down on each. Currently I am using that extra money to quickly pay down on the principle for both. Very new at investing but I've been a Landlord before. I need some ideas!!
