What of a seller/selling agent made your day???

Dear fellow real estate investors, agents, and all other helping business owners,

Can you please share your experiences about how properly seller or selling agent made your day by other than the low price of the property?  

I don't care if the deal was successfully closed or not. However, I would like to hear how other sellers make them positively memorable to their business partners (and potential partners) such as buyers (or buy/hold investors), buying agents, contractors or hard money lenders, etc. 

Even though it is a really minor thing, it is totally fine for me. Please kindly share for my company to grow.
