Buying a restaurant, building,adjoining air b&b building

I'm recently US.Army retired and a chef. 

I've just moved to New Orleans 6mos ago. I currently have opportunities to acquire a restaurant, the building and a second building. This is my first attempt at this type of business deal and need some advice.
