Moving out of California . Arizona or Idaho?
Wondering where to start my roots of my journey to my new adventure in property investing? What market area is more bang for the buck Arizona or Idaho?

Hey Kip, my vote would go for Phoenix. I moved here a little over a year ago from the Bay Area and will definitely never look back. Great city, lots of nice people, most people aren't from AZ so you won't feel like an outsider. Also there are a lot of different areas to live in (Central, North, Glendale/Peoria, Surprise/Sun City, Sun Lakes, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Ahwatukee) and each area has a little bit of a different vibe.
The investing is also pretty solid
