Would this be a good air bnb?
Might fall out of contract on a current flip, buyers are failing to perform. Hard money is adding up, and I might have to put it back on the market. We bought the home for 339k, 250k of that is hard money. We have about 115 in rehab costs. Home is on the market for 509k, appraised at value if not more. I guess I have a few exit strategies. One I'm thinking of is using the property as a vacation rental? Does anyone have experience in vacation rentals and would lend an insight?
