Have you been succesful on HUBZU?

I have been using HUBZU for the last 3  months without any success! I place a bid, win the bid and then I am sent an email saying that after the review they are not accepting my cash offer. I bid again and I'm the last bidder and win the bid and again receive the message above. This has happened on all the properties I have placed a bid. Also, I use the back up bid process and I obtain the same reply.  Has anyone has been successful? I am losing faith on HUBZU.
