International Comparable Sales in Poland?

Hi Bigger Pockets,

I could use your help. I'm trying to look up comparable sales for an apartment property in Poland. My siblings and I were recently notified that we might possibly have claim to a real estate apartment inheritance where my former grandparents used to live. Our legal inheritance claim would be 50% of my grandparents estate including the real estate. My aunt is entitled to the other 50%. I'm trying to research on whether the net benefit (after legal fees, inheritance taxes, etc) is worth the hassle of acquiring the property or passing the equity on to my aunt. I was hoping to find comparable sales that estimate an approx. price for properties sold based off recent sales in this small town of Poland.

The real estate property is an older style brick complex building which hosts about 6 apartment flats. My grandparents owned 2 of the apartments in the building. The units are one bedroom, but they are a common bathroom (I'm not sure if this was common pre WW2).

What website would you use to find comparable units? Should I contact a residential real estate company in Poland?
