How to make first move in REI
My name is Darian CaHill. About 6 months ago I purchased a foreclosure in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city I live in. Long story short I got the home for 120. All comps in the neighborhood are 190-220. I recently learned about the live and flip strategy. Staying in the home 2 years and then selling or leasing for tax breaks. I am just looking for suggestions on how to get started and if I’m employing the correct strategy.
