Seeking Triple Net Lease (NNN) Investor opinions
Hello! I am exploring acquiring my first Triple Net Lease property ($1.2MM range) via a 1031 exchange. Seemingly, it is a low-risk investment but I wanted to seek your opinions on the pitfalls. My fear is the tenant leaves and I am stuck with the property and have to find a new tenant and update the facility. I am interested in the opinions of those to have owned NNN properties. Would you suggest these types of investments - what should I be careful of?
