Omaha Opportunity Zones

I am curious to hear what (if any) impact the Opportunity Zone legislation has had for investors in the Omaha market.  Has the zone mapping changed your targeted areas for new investments?  Are owners of property in these areas seeing any additional investors sniffing around looking to buy?  For those not familiar with the legislation, here is an overview as well as some links in the article to the maps: https://opportunity.nebraska.gov/program/opportunity-zones/
