Questions about Tools
Hello Everyone:
I am new to BiggerPockets, but not totally new to rentals. Recently, I attended a seminar and heard about a resource that I wanted to research and implement into my process/ system. It was called 'Deal Desk'. Its a paid service that you pay to generate a quick report on any property that you want to purchase. The report gives you information about:Location Analysis, Condition of Property, House Value, Title Info, and Police History reports for the property. Is this tool/ service standard? Does BiggerPockets offer a similar tool? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Kori
