Is there anybody who's familiar with the multifamily market in Fayetteville NC? I'm curious to know what is happening for local economy. Did they build way too many apartments in this city? I recently received some leads of pre-market deals from a couple of brokers in NC. They are mainly 50+ units apartments located in this city.
