Hello everyone!

My name is Geralyn and I am Real Estate Investor and California agent.  I am currently researching housing market trends in Minnesota.  I am looking to purchase an investment property of my own near Bloomington/Minneapolis area.  Anyone familiar with the housing market of this area?
