Auction.com - Special Warranty Deed and Title Insurance question

Hello everyone, I am actively looking to purchase a home on auction.com ...the home I am interested in buying will receive a Special Warranty Deed and I will be able to get Title Insurance.

My question is: if I have a 'Special Warranty Deed and Title Insurance, will I be responsible for any tax liens, HOA assessments, and random other liens that were on the property?
