New to Philly market and Been eyeing on West Philly for BRRR. Saw a few properties in Haddington, Carroll Park, and Kingsessing. Has anyone had any success in these neighborhood using BRRR and what are your thoughts on these area? Would love to connect and any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
