Question On Raising Private Equity

Hi everyone,

I really understand now how great of a tool bigger pockets is. Thank god my company has grown to heights I could not imagine within the last year and we have a steady amount of large deals in the pipeline every day.

I hear that bigger pockets has a mixture of individuals who are looking to get hands on into real estate and there are individuals who are looking for passive income.

Any tips on how to attract investors who are interested in passive income in the multi family syndication space?

Would love to get your opinions.

Thanks!
