Sheriff sale information
Hi everyone,
I am new to the BiggerPockets forum but I have been listening to the podcasts for a while. Long story short I bought a house in Pennsylvania a little while ago while I was over seas and when I came home found out the neighbor I had was not the best. I just found out that his house is going up for sheriff sale on February 5th, so in a few months, I would love to buy this property as an investment and so I then have the choice of who lives next to me. However I don’t know a lot about how sheriff sales work in Pennsylvania and would love any information or advice that I could get. Thank you all.
