Auction help please?
Any auction sites that will let me finance?
Everything I'm looking at as far as fixing up a home and selling, is requiring cash, which I do not have. I do have a nice credit score, and the required cash for the down payment. But paying 70k cash is going to be hard for me to do.
Can anyone recommend a certain website to check out? Or a particular loan package that may work for me?
I will not be living in it while we fix it up...
If I find a cash buyer that would front the 70k, would I then return their 70k plus a certain percentage of profit? Or pay them monthly interest until its complete, or maybe pay the interest on the back end?
Thank you for your help!!!
