Buying foreclosure homes
hello! Good morning. I have a question, I'm trying to learn how to buy properties that are foreclosure, I'm as far as checking the list in the sheriff's sale website, but I see that they have a " starting bet price " and a " cost " the 1st one it's usually like 1,500 but the 2nd one fluctuate a lot, from 5,000 to 350,000, I don't know why, but I want to know which one is the price that I have to look for, a starting point. How can I determine that? Thank you!
