Turnkey investment in Cleveland/Columbus/Dayton, OH

I am an out of state investor looking to buy a home (preferably a condo) for turnkey/cash flow purpose in Cleveland or Columbus/Dayton area. Budget 80-90K, cash. Prefer newer constructions in easy to rent areas and property management. Are there any reputable firms who can help me in finding a suitable home and also with property management.
