List Source, Wrong Towns!

I recently purchased a list from listsource,  I selected 3 local towns close to where I live.  The list produced and updated to excel provided towns 3 counties south of me, none of which were towns I selected.  I reached out to customer service, no answer yet.  Has this happened to anyone else?
