Long Term Leasebacks
Hi everyone,
I am considering selling my primary residence in Portland to raise some more cash (already mortgaged) but would like to continue living in the house for 1+ year. How difficult do you think it would be for me to find a buyer that would agree to a long-term (1-2 year) lease back? Are long-term leasebacks rare?
Thanks in advance!
