Market slow down - House doesn't sell for 45 days

Need help.....I can't sell house in Allen, TX for 45 days now ( priced good and remodeled  ). We even drop price twice now. Looks like big market slow down.  Where is all buyers ? Should I rented or still trying to sell ? Any advise or forecast for 2019- 2020 for that area .....Allen, TX
