Hiring an assistant makes life much easier
I'm not sure what level investor you might be. But if you dont have deep pockets a part time assistant might work for you. Over a full time handyman. Even if you don't have that many. Hire someone part time. Or work out a commission situation if they rent your units. Life is much easier. A property management company really isn't necessary. Say you only have five. That could possibly be $500 a month you could pay someone part time. That's a good amount. You could get better results. I addition when everything is rented you could save cash. I did that when I first started off. Worked well for me. This advice is more for hands on starting from the bottom investor with less cash. Be creative.
