How to Market a Duplex

I have this cute duplex in a great area. The market is supposed to be strong but its not selling. I do have it listed with a broker but what other ideas have worked for you? I've done lots of purchasing and not so much on the sales side. Does Craigslist work? Placing an ad here of BP? Any ideas??
