I'm looking for advice or recommendations for seminars and boot camps on single family and small multi family ( 4-10) unit investing. Im open to anything but am trying to avoid getting involved in things that are just sale pitches to sign up for the "next step". If anyone has any suggestions for good in depth training I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
