Subject 2 TEXAS ? What is needed
hey so I'am a wholesaler here in Galveston, Tx area. I found a house in which I think would be perfect subject 2 deal. I've never done any subject 2. What some of the docs you need? Right now all I know is a sales agreement and a limited power of attorney. What items should i not leave out in the POA? Also, what are other docs I would def need. Just looking for a lil help thanks
