What’s Going On Everyone! My name is Pat and I want to get started in real estate but I have no idea where to begin. I have been reading books and listening to podcasts on real estate and now I want to get started. What has been successful for some of you who started out? I want to buy a property and rent it out to tenants. Have any of you had success in other ways of dealing with real estate? What are food ways to start?
