Philadelphia, PA Wholesale Growth Plan!!

Here is the crux of what I am trying to accomplish. I am an investor with a cash glut. I am mainly interested in affordable housing in, and around, the Philadelphia, PA market. I have 2 primary goals.....first, partner with a wholesaler that I can build a long lasting and mutually beneficial relationship with (which is not a simple feat)......and/or second, I am interested in creating my own marketing campaigns to purchase wholesale properties direct!
