Hi there! I'm an 18 year old college student going for an HVAC/r degree. And I've been wanting to get into realestate and I'm looking for some good advice on what to do. What not to do. And any helpful advice you can give me. Any advice is appreciated. What I was wanting to do was rent a house/apartment for relatively cheap while saving up some money in the back to get my first investment property. I was thinking of building a duplex and renting one side and living in the other. I'm located in Rapid City SD. Much appreciated!
