Purchase Agreement when dealing with a Seller.
When dealing with a seller, do I let my title company print up the Purchase Agreement for the seller and have them send it to them for a signature, or can I use Docusign to send a downloaded copy of a Purchase Agreement to the seller for their signature? Im confused, and I want to do things right.
