Finding a good agent (or becoming one myself)
Hi everyone,
I'm new here...and did searches for answers to this question, but couldn't find anything recent. If I missed something, apologies in advance for the repetition.
I have several 1 bedroom rental investments that have been doing well. I bought the last 2 through an agent I'm not happy with. I felt like I was teaching HIM things. How do you find someone good to represent you? Someone who has great investing instincts but who will also not be on the hunt for the same good deals? I'd also be grateful for any advice on the pro's and con's of getting my own license.
Thanks so much!
