Silly Question About REO Offers
Is it mandatory to submit offers in the form of a fax? Can the offer be submitted via email? All I've done so far is fax my offers, but what I'm on the road and I need to get an offer off right then and there?

If you are using an agent, you can have the agent fill out a "template contract" with you. That way, if you're going to be writing the same terms on each deal (all cash, only an inspection contingency, 15 day close, etc) you can cut down on the paperwork dramatically. Usually only the first page will change, so have your agent send you the first page to reflect the particular property, execute it, and email it back to your agent. Then the agent can add it to the PDF of your template, which should include your proof of funds and EMD check made out to "Escrow", and you'll be submitting 3 or 4 offers a day in no time.
That's the way my high volume cash guys like to operate, anyway.
